Montana Glacier Retreat - Rental Requirements

• Package rate for 2 adults for 6 nights is $1122 (children under 12 are free)
• Each additional person is $20/night
• Plus 7% Montana "Bed Tax"
• Plus a refundable damage deposit of $200
• If no damage is found, deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks following departure
• Rental period is from Sunday 4PM to Saturday 10 AM
• 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
• Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
• Contact us for availability of booking less than 6 nights
• Extended stay rentals & rates are considered upon special request
• Rent Agreement Contract is required and provided upon request
• Additional details such as cancellation policy are included in the Rent Agreement Contract
• We do not rent to children under 5 years old because the upper loft railing is not suitable for children.

• Stay on our property only and respect our neighbors
• No RV’s, tent camping or additional sleeping quarters are allowed on the property unless prearranged and pre-approved. Maximum occupancy is (8) eight persons.
• Setting off fireworks, discharging of firearms or explosives is strictly prohibited
• Outdoor burning may be prohibited by the US Forest Service during dry weather.
• When permitted, burn camp fires only in the designated fire pit. Burn clean wood only. There are roasting sticks in the garage
• No smoking
• No pets are allowed inside the cabin.
• Please read instructions in the Cabin Book before attempting to light a fire in the living room fireplace. No cooking please
• Our wildlife neighbors are wild. Please do not leave food or small children unattended. Place garbage in the appropriate containers in the garage. There can be HEAVY bear activity
• Check out is 10am - Please leave property in the same condition as found when you arrived. We will clean bedding, linens and used towels
• Be kind to our country plumbing; human waste and toilet paper only
